As an alumna of Hillsdale College with over 20 years of hands-on experience running a high-performing, multi-specialty medical practice, I bring a unique perspective to medical billing and practice management. My career has been rooted in solving real-world challenges for physicians and their teams—not just offering generic solutions.

I’ve successfully implemented and optimized care management programs such as Chronic Care Management (CCM), Transitional Care Management (TCM), and Collaborative Care (CoCM), along with Annual Wellness Visits (AWV). These initiatives not only improved patient outcomes but also ensured accurate, efficient reimbursement for practices.
